NEWGIZA GOLF CLUB 2023

Plan “A” lifetime Membership

Plan “A” is a lifetime membership, whereby you will pay an initial fee only once and the applicable annual dues. This can either be the single, couple (husband &wife) or family membership. The family is the immediate family only, husband, wife and unmarried sons/daughters under 21 years of age. Sons/daughters over the 21 years will pay the single annual dues. When they get married, they will be entitled to a 50% discount on the initial fee which will be applicable at that time. (subject to availability).

Initial Fees 135.000 Golf Club House Lifetime Membership

New Giza Owners will have the option of installments payments.
30% deposit will be paid and the rest via 3 payments (checks) within Maximum one year.

• The family membership includes husband, wife and 2 kids, extra child or adult (under 21 yrs old) will be charged 5500 EGP (on initial fees + annual renewal fees).
• Sons/daughters over 21 years will pay the single annual dues.
• Members are allowed to add their parents or parents' in-law and will pay 25% from the initial fees for each in addition to their regular renewal fees (Single renewal fees).
• Golf Bag Store will be charged by 3000 EGP per year.

Full Membership annual renewal fees including Golf Green fees, golf cart and range balls Plus the Club House facilities.

All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Plan “B” Annual Membership

Full Membership Annual Fees

Full annual membership types include the following:

• Unlimited Green fees, cart and practice facilities
• 7-day tee time booking window
• Use of the Club House food and Beverage outlets.
