The MG Cup is a team match play event East Cairo Team Vs West Cairo Team the tournament took place on Friday and Saturday 26th and 27th March 2021 1st Day played at Katameya Dunes and 2nd Day played at NEWGIZA
40 players in each side competing against each other for 2 days ball match play 1st day as a double match play at Katameya Dunes , 18 matches , the result for Day one was 13.5 East Cairo vs 6.5 for west Cairo
Day 2 was a single match play 40 matches the result was 21 east Cairo vs 19 to west Cairo and total score for the weekend
Both course were in great shape and lovely weather Mr. Ankush Arora the COO of Mansour Group along with Mr. Mohamed el sheikh the Sales and Marketing director of Mansour group , Mr. Ahmed El Nagger the club manager of Katameya Dunes and Mr Ali Khalifa the Golf Director of NEWGIZA presented the runner up team the silver Medal and the winner team with the gold medals and the cup
